OHA President Barb Waters received the 2010 Horseperson of the Year award on April 17, 2010.
The award is presented by the Wisconsin State Horse Council, Inc. in cooperation with the Midwest
Horse Fair®.  The annual award is based on contributions to Wisconsin's equine industry.
