Sarah, Mary and Marsha waiting for others to mount up at one of the trailheads for the Mountain Bay State Trail Oct. 2001.

Right away...a bridge to cross first thing. You can see our horses are troopers.
It might be our backsides but we show you our participation in our club events. This is private land of an OHA member, Mary, up by Tigerton, Sep. 2001.

Annual excursion to Black Hawk Ridge in Sauk County and surrounding area by invitation of Mr. Kirch, an OHA member.
Drive through pavilion at top of Black Hawk Ridge. Keys to gate must be reserved to drive to the top.

On our way back to the trailers from Black Hawk Ridge.
Gotta have a break first...what no coffee or soda?

Last switchback before seeing our trailers.  End of the trail riding for our club in 2001 at Black Hawk Ridge.
Marsha's horse Roy with first steps in water.  Friend Sam pulled and Marsha pushed.  This is at the Kickapoo River in the Kickapoo Reserve in 1998.

Marsha astride Roy after just crossing the Kickapoo River.  The water was deeper and we just missed being in the water when the canoe passed us.
Old corrals at Wild Cat Mountain State Park in Oct. 2000.  The new ones are drop dead gorgeous built by the group from Rockton.  Thank you.

Marsha and friends Margaret and Erin atop the lookout at Magnolia Bluff Park in Rock County.
Regina and horse Luke on the way back to the trailer at Yellowstone Wildlife Area near Lafayette.

Luke and Roy after a ride in the Nicolet National Forest.  Regina and Marsha stayed in the resort house, but you can see the horses did have it bad either.
Black Hawk Ridge scenic overlook. Peek-a-boo.
